Return & Refund Policy
At Simply Advanced Manufacturing LLC, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, this is how we handle returns and refunds.
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a refund or exchange. We currently accept returns for U.S. orders only. International orders are final sale and not eligible for return.
Return Shipping Costs
For most returns, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged product.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We will cover return shipping and provide a full refund or exchange if we send the wrong product or if the product arrives damaged. If this happens, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at simplyadvancedmanufacturing@gmail.com with your order number, clear photos of the item, and photos of the packaging if possible. We will review the information and send instructions for next steps.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are typically processed within 5 business days of receiving the return. Original shipping charges are not refunded except in cases where the return is due to our error or a damaged item. We do not charge a restocking fee.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges if you would like to replace your item with another. Unless the exchange is due to our error or a damaged product, customers are responsible for the shipping cost to return the original item and the shipping cost for the replacement item.

Include your full name, order number, and a short description of the issue. If there is damage or an incorrect item, please attach photos. We will reply with detailed instructions and the return shipping address.
