This website is operated by Simply Advanced Manufacturing LLC (“Simply Advanced,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), including any additional policies referenced here (including our Return & Refund Policy and Privacy Policy). If you do not agree, you may not access the website or use our services.

ELIGIBILITY
By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state/province, or you have given consent for any minor dependents to use this site.

PRODUCT INFORMATION & 3D-PRINTED ITEMS
Many items we sell are 3D printed. Minor cosmetic variations (including layer lines or small imperfections) can occur and are normal as part of the manufacturing process. Product photos and colors may vary due to lighting and screen settings.

SAFETY NOTICE
Some products may contain small parts and may present a choking hazard. Our products are not intended for children under 3 years of age unless explicitly stated. Items are made of plastic and may be damaged if overworked or exposed to extreme heat.

PRICING & AVAILABILITY
All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or cancel orders at our discretion (including for suspected fraud or pricing errors).

ORDERS
We reserve the right to refuse any order. If we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you using the email and/or phone number provided at checkout.

PAYMENTS
Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its supported payment providers. We do not store your full payment card details.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Shipping charges are shown at checkout. Delivery dates and transit times are estimates and not guaranteed. Once a package is in the carrier’s possession, delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other events outside our control are not our responsibility.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
Our Return & Refund Policy is part of these Terms. Key points include:

  • Return window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a refund or exchange.

  • Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake or the product arrives damaged.

  • Refund timing: Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Refund amount: Refunds are generally issued as a partial refund, excluding original shipping costs.

  • Exceptions (our responsibility): We will cover return shipping and provide a full refund or exchange if:

    • we sent the wrong product, or

    • the product arrives damaged.
      To begin a damaged/incorrect item claim, customers must provide clear photos of the item (and packaging if possible) by contacting us at simplyadvancedmanufacturing@gmail.com.

CUSTOM / MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS (if applicable)
Some items may be made-to-order or customized. Any special return eligibility or restrictions will be stated on the product listing.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All website content (including product photos, text, graphics, and branding) is owned by Simply Advanced or used with permission and is protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without written permission.

PROHIBITED USE
You agree not to use the site for unlawful purposes, to violate laws, infringe intellectual property, transmit malicious code, harass others, or interfere with site security or operation.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The site and products/services are provided “as is” and “as available,” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that your use will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Simply Advanced will not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or purchase/use of our products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.

INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Simply Advanced from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or violation of law or third-party rights.

GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict of law principles.
