Shipping Policy
At Simply Advanced Manufacturing LLC, we create many of our products to order. Please review the details below before placing your order.
Production Time (Before Shipping)
Please allow 5–7 business days for production before your order ships. Production time may vary slightly during busy seasons, holidays, or high order volume. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping Method and Origin
Orders ship from Fort Wayne, Indiana via USPS. Shipping costs and available USPS services are shown at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Time
Shipping transit times begin after your order has shipped and are estimates provided by USPS. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or seasonal volume.
Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).
Multiple-Item Orders
If you order multiple items, we will ship them together when possible. In some cases, items may ship separately depending on product size, packaging, or production timing.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please confirm your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the package, or you may request a refund minus original shipping costs once the item is returned and inspected.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once the package is in USPS possession, shipping delays are outside our control. If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate your package, please check with household members or neighbors and contact your local post office first. We will do our best to assist with any carrier claim steps when applicable.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at simplyadvancedmanufacturing@gmail.com with your order number, clear photos of the damaged item, and photos of the packaging (if possible). We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes (VAT), and fees charged by their country.
