Returns:
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a refund or exchange.
Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a damaged product.
Exceptions:
We will cover return shipping and provide a full refund or exchange in the following cases:
If we sent the wrong product.
If the product arrives damaged.
Customers must provide a clear photo of the damaged item via Etsy messaging to begin the return process.
Refunds:
Refunds will be issued as a partial refund, excluding the original shipping costs.
Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.
Exchanges:
